I provide clients with plenty of space to talk in session, and sometimes recommend outside reading or podcasts for further learning. My clients know that they can say anything without judgment. I am there to listen and to help them understand their feelings. They become more aware of their thoughts and see situations in a different way.

I am not someone who will give you the answer or the “quick fix,” but I am passionate and committed to helping you find your voice and trust your own intuition. I care deeply about your growth.

As an anxiety therapist who is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I provide a unique combination of support with reducing anxiety as well as making peace with food. Intuitive Eating has helped many people reconnect with their bodies. My clients find that with time, they are more aware of their patterns, they give themselves permission to eat what is satisfying, and they are less judgmental of themselves.
