The struggle to find support

It can feel so hopeless when you’re struggling to find the support you need. Maybe you’ve chatted with friends and family, and discovered that they couldn’t really hear you out. Or you’ve listened to podcasts, but it hasn’t led you anywhere. Maybe you’ve had negative experiences with health professionals in the past, making it difficult to reach out again. Either way, things aren’t changing for you, and you need more guidance towards finding relief and peace.

About me

My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive environment to help you build your strengths and reach your goals. With curiosity, warmth, and authenticity, I’ll be with you as we explore issues together. I utilize mindfulness techniques, as well as psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches to help identify core beliefs, improve relationships, and find peace with food, mind, and body.

I have specialized training in Intuitive Eating and Positive Embodiment work, which is a social justice framework of therapy that focuses on ways to reduce body dissatisfaction and objectification.

I am based in Los Angeles, but am currently offering virtual services only. Contact me here to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
